Chapter 01

That's where TU Brothers Academy steps in. I'm Diyorbek Turgunboev, and I've spent over eight years inside the international restaurant and hospitality industry — learning what works, where it breaks, and how to fix it under real pressure.

My path started in a modest street-side eatery called FaruxFayz and led me to fine dining rooms in Qatar, Dubai, and the SilverSea cruise lines — across 40+ countries and 171 cities by the age of 26. The lessons I learned there are not in textbooks.

Today I work as a Service Training Specialist and lead TU Brothers Academy — an online platform built to give you the skills that high-end rooms expect. From your first walk to a table to running your own venue, we cover the craft end-to-end.
